Refunds & Returns
Due to the curated nature of our boxes, all sales are final once an order has been placed or shipped.
Our boxes include perishable goods and time-sensitive curation, which means we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.
Subscription Terms
Subscriptions include a minimum of 2 payments before cancellation.
After the minimum is met, you may continue, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Once a subscription has renewed, that charge is final and cannot be refunded.
Skipping a Box
If you need to skip a shipment, you can reach out through our contact form before your next billing date and we’ll take care of it.
Cancellation Timing
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
If your subscription has already renewed, your upcoming box will be your final shipment unless you continue.
